    The thesis aims to develop an advanced state of the art in the framework of the ImpaLab research group at Federico II; supported by experts in the field in strong collaboration with the European Center for Nuclear Research (CERN) in Switzerland and the Berkeley laboratories in California.
    A good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is required.
